UO Parents weekend falls on Halloween this year! Sunday brunch is always a hot ticket as parents close out there weekend stay with one final visit over brunch. Eugene’s awesome breakfast spots are jammed on Sunday morning of Parents weekend.
Long waits without reservations are guaranteed. This year, we’ve convinced Eugene icon, The Bier Stien , to open early to offer an exclusive brunch for our parent groups. Reserved tables and no hassle waits .

The brunch menu includes your choice of one of the following: Breakfast Sandwich – Fried Egg, Melted Swiss, Peppered Bacon & ham on a toasted pretzel bun. Served with fresh fruit. Stein Harvest – Roasted Potatoes, Peppers, Onions & Bratwurst (Egg Optional) French Toast – Two slices of French Toast topped with Chocolate Whipped Cream and fresh berries.
Served with fresh fruit. Breakfast Pretzel – The Bier Stein’s signature Pretzel topped with melted cheese and crispy bacon crumbles. Served with a side of Bier Cheese Soup. $22 per person.
